我們組的頭兒幫我跟HR說能不能把這30個(gè)月從交PERM申請那天算起。HR說(也不知他從哪兒聽來的)："there has been a change in immigration law so that now all Green Card recipients within a company must (a) be treated the same, and (b) be treated in one of 2 particular ways. The 2 particular ways are:either the company pays the GC costs and gets a 30 month retention clause or the employee pays the GC costs and there is no retention."

　　請問真有這個(gè)說法嗎？有沒有移民局的官方說法?。拷M頭說管我們部門的VP其實(shí)挺好說話的，就是得找出出處證明HR的人是錯(cuò)的。
