網(wǎng)友agouau的下簽信上說“如果在簽證獲批后的2年內離開這個職位，簽證有可能會被取消”。但移民局網(wǎng)站上寫的很模糊，好多處都沒說是獲簽后。民間更是各種說法都有，所來來滴答論壇問問有沒有人知道比較權威的說法？新來的小老板很操蛋，實在干不下去了，要不是PR的問題，早就摔桌子走人了，要是從獲簽后開始算的話，那還剩20個月，我都快瘋了。要是從入職開始算馬上就兩年了，要是后者，我的生活還有個盼頭，否則真是要死人了。

　　看了移民法，還是不清楚，這不是說（2 years starting on the day the person commenced that employment）嗎，還是說這個commence不是指實際的commence，而是簽證要求的6個月內必須commence的commence？求靠譜的解釋。

　?。╥）the person commenced the employment referred to in there levant employer nomination（whether or not within the period prescribed by there gulations）；and
 
　?。╥i）the employment terminated with in the period（there quired employment period）of 2 years starting on the day the person commenced that employment；and

　?。╞）  the person does not satisfy the Minister that he or she has made a genuine effort to be engaged in that employment for the required employment period.
