我們組的頭兒幫我跟HR說(shuō)能不能把這30個(gè)月從交PERM申請(qǐng)那天算起。HR說(shuō)(也不知他從哪兒聽(tīng)來(lái)的)："there has been a change in immigration law so that now all Green Card recipients within a company must (a) be treated the same, and (b) be treated in one of 2 particular ways. The 2 particular ways are:either the company pays the GC costs and gets a 30 month retention clause or the employee pays the GC costs and there is no retention."

　　請(qǐng)問(wèn)真有這個(gè)說(shuō)法嗎？有沒(méi)有移民局的官方說(shuō)法?。拷M頭說(shuō)管我們部門(mén)的VP其實(shí)挺好說(shuō)話的，就是得找出出處證明HR的人是錯(cuò)的。
