Finally received our shipment from Beijing!! It took longer than expected but Mr Bob Yuan and Ms Amber Peng were helpful in following up at every step of the way. We were unfamiliar with the process of relocation, but Bob took the effort to walk us through the procedures. We felt reassured that our items would arrive in Singapore safely. The packing team in Beijing was also efficient and worked late to accommodate our schedule. Although we had some hiccups and misunderstandings along the way, Bob tried to resolve them as best as he could for us. Thanks to Bob and his team for all their help!
