    曾幾何時我們也失望的面對現(xiàn)實。
    曾經我們有過積極的交涉，有過不懈的抗爭，最后都會屈服以冗長的步驟，并以弱勢群體消極的接受，以致麻木。
    2005年11月9日，是一個值得紀念的日子。

The Ministry of Science finds that Roskilde University charged foreign students unauthorised tuition fees and orders the university to return the money to students
 
Chinese students who paid hefty fees to study at Roskilde University (RUC) will receive their money back after the Ministry of Science announced yesterday that the university had unlawfully raised fees.

An investigation conducted by the government's legal advisers found that the fees, which totalled up to DKK 100,000, were illegal because the RUC received government subsidies for the same students. 

'RUC cannot receive state subsidies for students and collect tuition fees for the same services,' said Minister of Science Helge Sander.

Under current rules, universities may collect extra payment for additional services, but the offerings must be voluntary.

'English classes, additional courses, and assistance to find housing are laudable initiatives for foreign students, but the students should be to choose whether they accept these offerings,' said Sander.

    大致意思是說教育部因為查證羅斯基勒大學在向中國學生征收學費的同時收到相關學生的政府津貼，以同一名義獲取兩筆資金。。。所以遏令其退還額外征收中國學生的10萬（學費）- 相關住房，咨詢等服務不應當強制另外收費。

    這件事情的輿論很大，判決的速度也比較快，估計是當局怕影響整個丹麥大學的聲譽。無論如何，我們都會想到一下幾個方面。

    1、有20多個中國學生的學校，一篇聯(lián)名上書為什么只有8個簽名。我為那8人喝彩。這樣的不懈精神是很值得贊揚的，但還是可以看到部分學生的碌碌無為，我甚至能感到缺少的那12個簽名更可能在當時把這個計劃扼殺在搖籃里。相關人員在計劃投訴過程中遇到的阻撓是可想而知的，向官僚機構投訴要的不止是勇氣，所以其努力的成果，是可見一斑的。

    2、RUC是第一個收費的大學，但決不是第一個收費的學校。曾經有過打算向學校掏回公道而鼓掌難明的學生是否受此事件鼓舞。會不會有下一個Hui Xu，我們拭目以待。

    3、丹麥大學一共12個，雖然羅斯基勒是州立大學。其組織毫無疑問應該庇護在政府的羽翼之下，丹麥政府的行為沒有將這樣的丑聞掩蓋，足以證明這個社會的廉明，尤其在一個6000學生的大學里，8人簽名的3頁紙絕對屬于弱勢群體。
